Directions to Wilton Family Y - Aquatic Physical Therapy

The entrance to the YMCA is the driveway just North of our office at 396 Danbury Road. The pool program is located in the 25 meter indoor pool.

DIRECTIONS TO WILTON PHYSICAL THERAPY

Route 95 ( from Stamford or Fairfield):

Take exit for Route 7 expressway North. Follow the expressway to the end. Turn right and then left to old Route 7. You will come to a stoplight where Route 33 joins Route 7. Continue North on Route 7 approximately three miles. You will pass a white town hall and an Exon gas station on the right. Wilton Physical Therapy is located in a two story dark brick building on the right (# 396). The driveway is before the building and the entrance to the lobby is in the rear of the building. We are located on the first floor.

Merritt Parkway (Route 15) from the North (Fairfield):

Exit 41 and turn left toward Wilton onto Route 33. Follow Route 33. It will join Route 7. Continue North on Route 7 approximately three miles. You will pass a white town hall and an Exon gas station on the right. Wilton Physical Therapy is located in a two story dark brick building on the right (# 396). The driveway is before the building and the entrance to the lobby is in the rear of the building. We are located on the first floor.

Merritt Parkway (Route 15) from the South (Stamford):

Exit Route 7 North. Follow the expressway to the end. Turn right and then left to old Route 7. You will come to a stoplight where Route 33 joins Route 7. (Rt.7) in the two story dark brick building on the right. The driveway is before the building and entrance to the lobby is in the rear of the building. We are located on the first floor.

From Redding, West Redding, Bethel:

Take Route 107 West to Route 7 South. We are approximately 2 ½ miles South on the left past the Wilton Family Y, in a two story dark brick building (396 Danbury Road). The driveway entrance is located past the building and the entrance to the lobby is in the rear of the building. We are located on the first floor.

From Danbury/Ridgefield:

Route 7 South. We are approximately 2 ½ miles South of Route 107 on the left past the Wilton Family Y on the in a two story dark brick building (396 Danbury Road). The driveway entrance is located past the building and the entrance to the lobby is in the rear of the building.
