Tony Grabiec graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a B.S. in Accounting and earned his Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University.  Tony has over 10 years or orthopedic experience and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.

Tony has attended numerous orthopedic continuing education courses and specializes in post surgical rehabilitation, golf biomechanics and triathlon injuries.  He also has experience in designing and implementing sports-specific conditioning and running programs.

Tony advocates exercise and a healthly lifestyle to his patients and leads by example.  He is a member of theTrifitness triathlon club, competes in cycling, running, triathlon events throughout the year and a NYC, Marine Corp and Chicago marathon finisher. In 2007 Tony received USA Triathlon recognition for Triathlon All-Amercian Honorable Mention.  In the off season Tony participates in the Wilton YMCA paddle tennis league. Tony lives in Trumbull with his wife, Kate and two children, Cameron and Lily.
