Tony Grabiec graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a B.S. in Accounting and earned his Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University.  Tony has over 9 years or orthopedic experience and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.

Tony has attended numerous orthopedic continuing education courses and specializes in post surgical rehabilitation, golf biomechanics and triathlon injuries.  He also has experience in designing and implementing sports-specific conditioning and weight loss programs.

Tony advocates exercise and a healthly lifestyle to his patients and leads by example.  He is a member of the New York Road Runners Club and Trifitness triathlon club.  He competes in cycling, running and triathlon events throughout the year. and currently training for the 2010 Marine Corp Marathon in Washington DC. He is a NYC marathon finisher and in 2007 received USA Triathlon recognition for Triathlon All-Amercian Honorable Mention.  In the off season he enjoys paddle tennis and participates in the Wilton YMCA league. Tony lives in Trumbull with his wife and children, Kate, Cameron and Lily.
